Millennium Physician Group is leaving the FL Panhandle Region effective June 5th, 2024. They will facilitate providing any medical records or information you may need.

During this transition, Dr. Lops will be working on health insurance credentialing to setup her clinical operations. As a result, there may be limitations on the types of health insurances that Dr. Lops may be able to accept.
