MDVIP is a personalized primary healthcare program that offers members enhanced access to their doctor, including same-day appointments, longer visits, and comprehensive wellness plans. There is a Quarterly Fee to be a Member.

MDVIP members receive personalized, preventive care, priority scheduling, and direct access to Dr. Lops, ensuring timely and comprehensive care.

Our comprehensive primary care services are available through membership only, which includes enhanced benefits such as the executive-style Annual Wellness Program. However, non-members are welcome to access non-primary care services such as weight loss services,  Medical Marajuana certification, IV Therapy,  HRT / TRT, Hormone Pellets at a non-member cost.

We accept Tricare Prime and Select, Medicare Part B, and commercial plans including BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, PHCS, Multiplan, etc.  We are Not in network with the Medicare Advantage plans, so we are unable to accept HMO plans.  You  can be seen with PPO plans as an Out of network benefits.  We are not a Medicaid provider.

Yes, we offer same-day or next-day appointments to our members, depending on availability

We are open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on weekends. As a member, you have afterhour, weekends and holiday phone access to Dr. Lops for urgent needs.

Yes, we offer urgent care for our Members for non-life-threatening conditions with same-day appointments available to address your needs quickly. Scheduling an appointment ensures timely service with continuity of care and a smoother experience.

You can access your records, appointments, and more through our secure patient portal. We utilize AthenaOne Electronic Health System.

Our primary care services is a Membership based and it include comprehensive medicine, focusing on routine checkups, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings to ensure overall health. Membership also provides, Annual Executive physical evaluation with extensive consultation appointment lasting approximately 90 minutes.  1 adult membership covers your dependents at age 26 yo or younger.  

Our medical weight loss service offers personalized plans, often incorporating Modalities, such as GLP 1, Nutrition / life coaching to promote safe and sustainable weight loss.

For our Members, We provide urgent care services for non-life-threatening conditions, with same-day appointments available to ensure timely care when you need it most. Scheduling an appointment helps us deliver a smoother and more efficient experience.

Nutritional counseling is available to help patients achieve better health through personalized diet plans and supplement guidance.

Our preventive  Annual Membership screenings detect potential health risks early, allowing for proactive and timely care. We partner with Cleveland Heart Lab to evaluate cardiovascular and metabolic health assessements.
